Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Eric Prechtl for the conversion of part of an existing walkway to lawn at 171 Wharton Row (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 211- 44).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
