Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting can be attended at https://us02web. zoom.us/s/81947663778 by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 819 4766 3788). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by James Stewart for the removal of hazardous trees at 52 Island Road (Groton Assessors Map: 122; Parcel 93).
Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton. org or calling 978-448-1106.
