Public Hearing Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall (2nd Floor). The purpose is to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Rick Roper. The subject property is located at 63 Gratuity Road (Groton Assessors Parcel 217-47).
Copies of the ANRAD are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
