Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public meeting on Tuesday, July 10 at 7:00 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Town of Groton DPW for the construction of a side walk and the repair of the headwall of the existing drain pipe at 80 Boston Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 222-22). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
