Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public meeting on Tuesday, September 25 at 6:30 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 1st Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Dan Memont for the construction of a home addition to the dwelling located at 102 Weymisset Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 122-105). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
