Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting can be attended at: https://us02web. zoom.us/j/83691825956 or by calling (312)-626-6799 (Webinar ID 836 9182 5956). The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Erik Tobies for the installation of a new trail at Sørhaug Woods and the Priest Family Conservation Area (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 225-61 & 224-15).
Copies of the RDA are on file with the Conservation Commission and can be requested by emailing: conservation@townofgroton. org or calling 978-448-1106.
