ConCom Hearing on NOI for Aquatic Management Program in Nashua River

Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 7:15 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Tom Flannery for an aquatic management program to control nuisance and non-native plant growth within the Nashua River (adjacent to J. Harry Rich State Forest [Assessor’s Parcel 216-71]). The proposed work is located within the Nashua River, NHESP Priority Habitat, and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
