Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Chris & Andrea Miller for renovation work on an existing single family home, including water service, driveway, and septic system at 100 Boathouse Road (Assessor’s Parcel 123 - 30). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
