Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Tom Orcutt (Groton Water Dpt.) for replacement of approx. 30 feet of water pipe at 541 Lowell Road (Assessor’s Parcel 126-8).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
