Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Trio Real Estate Group, LLC, for reconstruction of a single-family home that was damaged by fire at 244 Nashua Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 227-127).
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
