Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 1st Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by the Groton Park Commission for the removal of a dying tree within Riverfront at Carol Wheeler Park off W. Main St. (Assessor’s Parcel 101-13).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
