Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Doucette Engineering for the replacement of a failed septic system at 1081 Lowell Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 250- 50).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
