Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall (2nd Floor). The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Scott Dean for the re-construction of two retaining walls and installation of a patio at 19 Baby Beach Road. The subject property is located at 19 Baby Beach Road (Groton Assessors Parcel 129-163).
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
