Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Michael Lelievre for the replacement of a failed sewage disposal system at 65 Gay Road (Assessor’s Parcel 117-9). The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.
Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
