Nelson and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq): Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Southwest, N.A., F/K/A Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, F/K/A World Savings Bank, FSB claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Groton, numbered 65 Lovers Lane, given by Bradley R. Nelson to World Savings Bank, FSB, dated March 2, 2007, and recorded in the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 49111, Page 205, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.

If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.

If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before March 25, 2024, or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.

  As required by MGL Chapter 41, Sections 10 and 11, there exists a vacancy on the Groton Park Commission, with the term to expire in May 2025.  All interested individuals shall complete a Committee Interest Form by Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Interested applicants will be interviewed by the Park Commission on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., held in Town Hall. 

A final appointment to fill the said vacancy shall be in a joint session with the Select Board and the remaining Park Commissioners at a Select Boards’s Meeting to be held on Monday, March 11, 2024, in the Groton Town Hall.
