Monthly Meditation/Mindfulness sessions in Groton

A study at Harvard University shows that one million people miss work every day due to stress. Our minds are wandering away from what’s happening in the present moment a whopping 47% of the time and we experience stress, lack of focus, and unhappiness.
We can train ourselves to pay attention to the present, less rattled by the vagaries of the workplace, relationships, and challenges. You are invited to attend a monthly Meditation/Mindfulness group in Groton, MA, led by Barbara J. Rich, M.Ed. We will sit together in a private, quiet, peaceful Yoga/Meditation studio, being our own true messy, human selves.
