Well Adult Clinic

Nashoba Associated Boards of Health, in conjunction with the Groton Board of Health, announces that a Well Adult Clinic will be held Wednesday, March 21 from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, 163 West Main St., Groton. Meet with the nurse for a wellness check including blood pressure/pulse monitoring, blood sugar screening, general health counselling, and further assessments with referrals as needed.
