Public Meeting Notice Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Tom Orcutt (Groton Sewer Commission) for the installation of a new sewer service connection at 430 Main Street (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 110-35).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
