Public Meeting Notice
Groton Conservation Commission
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 6:45 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Olin Lathrop for re-grading and paving of an existing driveway at 55 Sunset Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 253-22).
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
