In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 198 of the Code of Groton, the Earth Removal Stormwater Advisory Commit- tee will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 7:00 PM to consider the application for a Full Stormwater Management Permit submitted by Shepley Hill Capital Partners, LLC, to construct the proposed subdivision as shown on the plan entitled, “The Village at Shepley Hill,” prepared by Meridian Associates, dated November 23, 2020. The proposed subdivision is located on land on by H & G Realty Trust, Assessors’ Map 226 Parcel 2, on the westerly side of Longley Road and southerly side of Sand Hill Road.
     Copies of the application and plans are on file in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting ADA Coordinator Michelle Collette at (978) 448- 1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
