Hearing on treatment of aquatic invasive species at Upper Massapoag Pond

Groton Conservation Commission

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by David Roach (of All Habitat Services) for the treatment of approx. 113 acres of aquatic invasive species at Upper Massapoag Pond.  The proposed work is located within Upper Massapoag Pond, NHESP Priority Habitat, and the ACEC.

   Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
