Baddacook Weed Removal Hearing

Groton Conservation Commission

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 7:05 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by the Town of Groton, Board of Selectmen, for proposed removal of aquatic invasive weeds in Baddacook Pond using Diver Assisted Suction Harvesting. The proposed work will occur within Baddacook Pond.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Conservation Commission office at Town Hall.
