BOH Hearing on Well Variation, Old Ayer Road

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 5, 2018, at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street (second floor meeting room) to consider the application for the following variances from the Local Well Regulations submitted by Ducharme and Dillis dated January 12, 2018, on behalf of Patricia A. Madigan, Trustee, Patricia A. Madigan Trust:

Reg. 330-6.C A well shall be located a minimum of 50 feet from a property line. Proposed: An offset of 18 feet is provided.

Reg. 330-6.C A well shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from a wetland. Proposed: An offset of 57 feet is provided.

   The property is located at 419 Old Ayer Road, Groton.

   Copies of the proposed variance request are on file in the Board of Health’s office in Town Hall. 

   Any person wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated above, or should send a letter to The Board of Health in time to be read during the hearing.
