Public Meeting Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

     In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 10 at 7:15 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Olin Lathrop, on behalf of the Trails Committee, for the construction and installation of a trail bridge at the Groton Hill Conservation Area (a.k.a. Kailey’s Way) (Groton Assessors Parcel 232-38). The proposed work is located at a stream crossing and is within the ACEC and NHESP Priority Habitat.

    Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
