ConCom Meets to Discuss Construction Within Wetlands Buffer Zone

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Chris Kovacs to construct an addition within the 100ft Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. 

The property is located at 132 Whitman Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 234-54.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
