Dunstable ConCom Hearing on New Animal Shelter on Pleasant Street

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

     At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 6:35pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to erect a 24’x24’ accessory dwelling for housing farm animals.  Request submitted and property owned by Dana Barnes and located at 393 Pleasant Street, Map 12, Lot 89-0.  The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).  The RDA is on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.  Please call 978-649-4514 x230 for available hours.
