Dunstable Hearing on Construction In Buffer Zone

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 7:45pm, to consider a Notice of Intent filed by and for property owned by Timothy & Deborah Miller located at 270 Main Street (Lot 5), Map 22, Block 33, Lot 1. The applicant proposes construction of a new single family home with driveway and associated grading of septic system in the buffer zone. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.
