Dunstable Hearing Notice For Bear Hill Estates

Plan for “Bear Hill Estates an Open Space Definitive Subdivision”

In accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Control Law, M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81-T and 81-U and provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9 Special Permits, the Dunstable Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 7:40pm in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level to consider the applications submitted by Joseph and Linda Maguire for a Definitive Subdivision Plan and a Special Permit under Section 6.6 of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw for an Open Space Development. Plan is titled “Bear Hill Estates an Open Space Definitive Subdivision” prepared by Whitman & Bingham Associates, dated March 3, 2016, showing seven proposed new house lots off Hall Street on land owned by the Maguires whose address is 309 Hall Street, Dunstable MA, Assessors Map 14, Block 51-0, 52-0, 53-0 and 57-0.

Copies of the plans are on file in the Office of the Planning Board and can be viewed during regular office hours (Monday 11am-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-3pm).
