Hearing on Grazing and Mowing Within Wetlands Buffer Zone

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Henry Nodarse and Wendy Hanafee to allow grazing and mowing within the 100ft Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The property is located at 34 Kemp Street on Groton Assessors' Parcel 104-17.1.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
