Hearing on Pond Weed Treatment

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Deborah MacDonald for treatment of pond for aquatic invasive weeds.  The property is located at 2 Farmers Row on Groton Assessors' Parcel 108-29.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
