Hearing on Seasonal Conversion

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, Upstairs to consider the application of John and Kathleen Smutek, 16 Harvest Rd., Windham, NH for a special permit to allow a seasonal conversion on Lot 122-22, 78 Maplewood Ave., Groton, MA. Please refer to Section 218-17 and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law.
