Hearing On Septic Upgrade at Lost Lake/Knops Pond

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Norse Design Services, Inc. on behalf of Rex Watkins Family Trust to upgrade a failed septic system within 100 ft. of Lost Lake/Knops Pond.  The property is located at 14 Paul Revere Trail on Groton Assessors' Parcel 130-79.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
