PUBLIC HEARING: ConCom Hearing on Septic Replacement

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M. G. L. Chapter 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 7:15 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Kevin Ritchie of Civil Solutions, Inc., for construction of a replacement septic system.

The proposed project will occur at 40 Townsend Road on Groton Assessors' Parcels 102-16 and 102-17.

Copies of the Request for Determination of Applicability are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
