PUBLIC HEARING: HDC Hearing on LA Garage Replacement

In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 7:35 p.m. at Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to consider the application submitted by Lawrence Academy, for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of the garage serving 42 Powderhouse Road with a building replicating its design to serve as classroom / seminar space as shown on plans drawn by Lincoln Architects, LLC., dated August 19, 2013 on the Lawrence Academy campus (Assessors Map 116 - Parcel 12), Groton, Massachusetts. Property owner: Trustees of Lawrence Academy, 33 Powderhouse Rd., Groton, MA.
