Public Meeting on Bridge Proposal
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by the Groton Trails Committee to construct a trail bridge on the Johnston Conservation Area. The property is located on Maple Avenue on Groton Assessors' Parcel 212-15.
Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
