Scenic Roads Application

In accordance with the provisions of § 184-3 of the Code of the Town of Groton, the Planning Board and Tree Warden will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall (second floor meeting room) to consider the application submitted by Jeff Vaughn to remove a tree within the right-of-way of Maple Avenue along the frontage of 157 Maple Avenue, Assessors Map 212, Parcel 142.

The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Groton Planning Board at 978 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing date.
