ZBA Hearing on Adding Apartment

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, Upstairs to consider the application of Brian K. Babineau, (Agent for Barbon), Box 681, Pepperell, MA for a special permit for an accessory apartment on Lot110-6, 415 Main St., Groton, MA.
Please refer to Section 218-16D and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law.
