has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate without surety on the bond. 

   The estate is being administered under informal procedure by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration. Interested parties are entitled to petition the Court to institute formal proceedings and to obtain orders terminating or restricting the powers of Personal Representatives appointed under informal procedure. By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain Mortgage given by Bradley R. Nelson to World Savings Bank, FSB, its successors and/or assignees, dated March 2, 2007 and recorded with the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds at Book 49111, Page 205 for breach of the conditions of said Mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing same will be sold at Public Auction at 11:00 AM on May 24, 2019 at 65 Lovers Lane, Groton, MA, all and singular the premises described in said Mortgage, to wit:

A certain tract of land on the westerly side of Lovers Lane in Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, being shown as Lot 5, containing approximately 2.03 acres, more or less, and more particularly described on a Plan of Land entitled “Land in Groton, Mass., survyed for Kevin Saaristo, Scale 1” = 100’ dated June 1994” by David E. Ross Assocaites, Inc., Civil Engineers, and recorded with Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 24735, page 390. Subject to a Declaration of Easements for fill and grading, dated October 23, 1997, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 17796, Page 330. For our title reference see Deed 42146, Page 493. Being the same premises conveyed to the herein named mortgagor (s) by deed recorded with Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 42146, Page 493.

The premises are to be sold subject to and with the benefit of all easements, restrictions, encroachments, building and zoning laws, liens, unpaid taxes, tax titles, water bills, municipal liens and assessments, rights of tenants and parties in possession, and attorney’s fees and costs.

TERMS OF SALE:

A deposit of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($5,000.00) in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check or money order will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered.  The successful bidder will be required to execute a Foreclosure Sale Agreement immediately after the close of the bidding. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days from the sale date in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check or other check satisfactory to Mortgagee’s attorney. The Mortgagee reserves the right to bid at the sale, to reject any and all bids, to continue the sale and to amend the terms of the sale by written or oral announcement made before or during the foreclosure sale. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. Groton Conservation Trust is pleased to announce it is applying for renewal of accreditation. A public comment period is now open.

The Land Trust Accreditation Commission, an independent program of the Land Trust Alliance, conducts an extensive review of each applicant’s policies and programs. We seek renewal to ensure operational excellence and best practices as a non-profit land trust. 

The Commission invites public input and accepts signed, written comments on pending applications. Comments must relate to how Groton Conservation Trust complies with national quality standards. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

PROJECT: 11,255.220 kw ground mounted solar PV electric generating system

LOCATION: 0 Pleasant Street Dunstable, MA

PROPONENT:  Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. 

The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form (“ENF”) to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before April 30, 2019   

This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (“MEPA”, M.G.L. c. 30, s.s. 61-62I). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from: Borrego Solar Systems, Inc.  55 Technology Drive, Suite 102, Lowell, MA 01851

Copies of the ENF are also being sent to the Conservation Commission and Planning Board of Dunstable where they may be inspected. 

The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs will publish notice of the ENF in the Environmental Monitor, will receive public comments on the project for 20 days, and will then decide, within ten days, if an environmental Impact Report is needed. A site visit and consultation session on the project may also be scheduled. All persons wishing to comment on the project, or to be notified of a site visit or consultation session, should write to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs, 100 Cambridge St., Suite 900, Boston, Massachusetts 02114, Attention: MEPA Office, referencing the above project.
