   Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Townsend Wetlands Bylaw, the Townsend Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at approximately 7:15 pm. The hearing will be held virtually via Zoom meeting and in person at Town Hall, on a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed with the Conservation Commission by Mike Gray. The property is located at 75 Pierce Road (Assessor’s Map 31, Parcel 28, Lot 7). 

   The ongoing project is for the construction of an addition to a single-family home and replacement of a septic tank. Part of the construction is taking place within 100 feet of an intermittent stream.
