Public Hearing Notice
Special Permit – Section 218-23F Shared Driveways
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Kevin and Christine Lindemer for a Special Permit to utilize the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-23F Shared Driveways. The existing driveway serving the house located at 227 Boston Road is proposed to be shared with a house to be built on a subdivided parcel of the existing property. No alterations to the existing driveway are proposed. The project is located at 227 Boston Road (Assessors’ Parcel 235-1) as shown on the plan entitled, “Driveway Plan in Groton, Mass. Prepared for Christine Lindemer” prepared by David E. Ross Associates and dated May 19, 2006.
Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
