Being neighborly could save a life!

Dear Editor,

If we have a severe weather emergency, take a minute to check on your neighbors (especially the ones that live alone), and make sure they're okay and have everything they need. If you feel that somebody may be unsafe, call the Groton Police. They will do a "wellness check" to make sure that person is, in fact, safe.
