LETTER: Always Ready To Listen to Concerns of Our Residents

It is my pleasure to endorse Peter Cunningham as a write-in candidate for a position on the Select Board at the Annual Town Election on June 9, 2020. I have been fortunate to have served on several committee's with Peter in regards to our Senior Citizens. His previous record as a long- time selectman stands on its own.
His commitment to the community has continued with his involvement in raising funds for the new Center in West Groton, and in advocating for the completion pf the Squannacook River Rail Trail and the Nashua River Rail Trail.
He is an effective advocate for our citizens of Groton. His vision and awareness of future trends regarding Groton are thoughtfully implemented as proven through his past few years on the Board of Directors for our seniors at the Center. Peter communicates effectively with everyone in our community, and is always available to listen to the concerns of our residents.
I recommend Peter Cunningham without reservation. I am confident he will establish productive relationships with his constituents and with the members of the Select Board. So please, don't just settle for what is in front of you. Write in: Peter Cunningham, 44 Smith St. for Selectboard . . . and don't forget to fill in the circle.

Sincerely,
Gail Chalmers, Chairman
Groton Council on Aging
