Major Site Plan Review –
Main Street Bank, 489 Main St.
(Mill Run Plaza)
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9and11,M.G.L.,and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at 7:00 PM to consider the application submitted by Main Street Bank under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-2.5 Site Plan Review, for a change in use exceeding 1,000 square feet in the Main Street Bank building located at 489 Main Street (Mill Run Plaza, Assessors Parcel 216- 1.5). The applicant proposes to lease approximately 3,181 square feet of its building to a dental office specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Proposed exterior changes include signage and construction of a 32’ X 5’ sidewalk connecting the rear entrance of the building to two existing dedicated parking spaces, as shown on the site plan entitled, “Proposed Sidewalk Plan, 489 Main Street, Groton, Mass.” prepared by Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, Inc. and dated September 4, 2020.
     Zoom access information will be provided on the meeting agenda posted on the Town website, when available.
Copies of the applications and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
