Christmas Tree Bonfire Is Back!

The Christmas Tree Bonfire is Back

You are cordially invited to join family and friends at 6pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 on Town Field, behind the Library, for a Christmas Tree Burning Bonfire.

Those of you wishing to drop your trees off, please do so near the opening in the stone wall just up from the basketball court no later than 1pm on Saturday, January 6th.

The Groton Explorer Post 4879 will be picking up Christmas Trees starting on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 and continuing on Thursday and Friday night. They are asking for a $ 10.00 donation to help purchase much needed uniforms and equipment for Post activities. If you would like to have your tree picked up and added to the bonfire, please call 978-272-0327 and leave a message including your name, address and the location of the tree and donation.

COME SEE THE RAGING CONFLAGRATION THAT HUNDREDS OF CHRISTMAS TREES MAKE!
