The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the Town Hall, upstairs to convene the hearing for the application of Gary Whittemore, 10 Cypress, Groton, MA, for a special permit to allow the alteration of a non-conforming lot/structure on Lot 125-104 10 Cypress Rd., Groton, MA.  Please refer to Section 218-6E(2) (d) and 218-32.1 and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law.
