OBITUARY: Philip Horace Buckingham

Philip Horace Buckingham, 84, died unexpectedly on September 8th, 2013, born in Groton, Massachusetts to Horace Willis Buckingham and Elsie Ada (Bailey) Buckingham of Groton. 

Surviving him is his beloved wife, Muriel B. Buckingham, residing with their daughter Joy E. Buckingham and Ward M. LaValley, Jr. of Lancaster, NH and his step son Brian T. Rourke, Sr. of Lancaster, NH, His granddaughter Elizabeth Buckingham is currently living in Portland, ME.

Predeceased by three brothers, Donald (Bucky), Edward (Brud), Byron (Boot) and one sister, Edith, who left seven nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. The family includes, Kim Buckingham and family, Donna Mitchell and family, Carol Lee Buckingham and family, Linda Shaker and family, Rebecca Batten and family and Debra Steele and family and Kenneth Buckingham. Other living family members are Willis Buckingham and his family of Westford, Massachusetts and Arlon Buckingham of San Diego, California.

His committal will be at the family plot in Groton, at a private family ceremony.
