Definitive Plan Modification
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Sections 81-U and 81-T, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider a modification of the Reedy Meadow Estates definitive subdivision plan. The Planning Board seeks to modify the definitive plan to include the approved, supplemental stormwater management features shown on the plan entitled "Grading Plan in
Groton, Massachusetts, Reedy Meadow Estates, Olivia Way,” prepared by Land Engineering & Environmental Services, dated March 15, 2019, revised April 9, 2019. A copy of the Reedy Meadow Estates definitive plan and the supplemental stormwater management plan are on file in the Planning Board office in the Town Hall, and also posted on the Planning Board section of the Town’s webpage at https://www.grotonma.gov/
The virtual meeting login information will be posted on the agenda and also provided upon request. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
