Definitive Subdivision Plan and Special Permit –
Section 218-26 Flexible Development
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 7:45 PM in the Town Hall to consider the applications submitted by R.D. Kanniard Homes, Inc. for approval of a Definitive Plan and a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-26 Flexible Development. The project is located at 372 Townsend Road (Assessors’ Parcel 206-22) and will result in the subdivision of the existing 35.7-acre property on the northeasterly side of Townsend Road into nine individual house lots on a new road as shown on the plan entitled, “Definitive Subdivision & Flexible Development Plan, Groton, MA, Village Meadows, 372 Townsend Road” prepared by Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, Inc., and dated May 30, 2019.
Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
