In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 7:00 PM to consider the applications submitted by Shepley Hill Capital Partners, LLC, for approval of a Definitive Plan and a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.2 Major Residential Development. The project is located on Assessors’ Parcel 226-2 and will result in the subdivision of the existing 45-acre property on the westerly side of Longley Road and the southerly side of Sand Hill Road into fourteen (14) lots, each with a two-unit townhouse (28 units) on two private roadways as shown on the plan entitled, “The Village at Shepley Hill--Definitive Subdivision Plan” prepared by Meridian Associates, and dated November 23, 2020.

      Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of dis- ability.
