Public Auction of Town's Surplus Vehicles and Items

TOWN OF GROTON PUBLIC AUCTION

In accordance with Chapter 30B, Section 15 of the Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given that the Town of Groton will hold a public auction of surplus vehicles and miscellaneous items at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Groton Town Hall, Second Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450.  The vehicles and miscellaneous items to be auctioned include a 1989 Pierce Dash Fire Engine, 2000 International Dump Truck, 1998 Mack 600, Karavan Trailer, 14’ yellow kayak, 12’ red canoe and 10 assorted style bicycles. A complete list with additional details can be obtained in the Office of the Town Manager, Groton Town Hall 173 Main Street, Groton, MA. Terms of sale: The vehicles and miscellaneous items are to be sold as is without warranty expressed or implied, and may have minimum bid prices set.  The vehicles and miscellaneous items may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Dawn Dunbar at 978-448-1111. The Town of Groton reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.  Every bid must be accompanied by a signed non-collusion form.
